Sober Living
Our sober living program offers structure, flexibility, and accountability while you go to work, continue working a spiritual program of recovery, and prepare to transition to independent living. We have a 50-bed capacity with plans to expand in the future. |
IOP
Our intensive outpatient and continuing care programs offer a structure of substance abuse counseling, peer support, group therapy, peer support groups, recovery groups, and other services, as tailored to each client, through an individualized treatment and recovery plan. |
Substance abuse counseling
Our substance abuse counselors are part of your support system at New Horizons. We help teach individuals how to learn and practice new behaviors with the intention and goal of a full, robust, and life-long recovery. Because addicts and alcoholics are susceptible to relapse, our counselors work with clients on an on-going basis. |
Peer support
Our Peer Support Specialists are part of your support system at New Horizons. We think of our job in terms of, “What do you want your life to look like? What is between you and that life? And how can we help you get there?” Our specialists meet with clients one-on-one, lead recovery groups, and help connect recovering addicts with the resources they need and with the recovery community. |
DUI
Educational DUI classes are offered upon request. When you get a DUI, we’re here to provide education, connect you with appropriate resources, and help you prevent ever being charged again for this offense. |
Continuing Care
Most clients start out in the IOP program and then phase down to the continuing care level, with the goal of providing the appropriate level of support, treatment, and therapy as you successfully transition to an independent life that is happy, joyous, and free. Our continuing care program can offer treatment and support for up to six months. |
